Art Philosophy

By definition art is, "the visual expression of an idea or experience formed with skill through the use of a medium." Asking an artist why they make art is no different than asking why anybody does anything they love. As an artist, I believe image making is a necessity. It is our way to communicate with individuals, while expressing issues, feelings, and emotions. Art definds who we are as a person, group, and ethnicity. Art has impacted the growth and development of the human race, and I believe it will continue to do so.

My Future

My future is very important to me, as it should be for anybody. I am set to graduate with my from West Liberty University in May 2013. From there, I'd like to work for a company's advertising department, while doing some freelance work. I would love to work for Nike or Apple one day. Until then, I plan on continuing school, staying active and maintaining good grades. I also plan on improving my skills and abilities by studying great design and art concept.
